Eligibility
Refunds are available for unused, unredeemed digital vouchers within 30 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not expired and the merchant has not been notified of redemption.
Non-eligibility
No refunds for vouchers that have been fully or partially redeemed, have expired, or were purchased more than 30 days ago. No refunds for services or physical goods that have already been consumed or used.
Partial refunds
If a voucher was partially used (e.g. a balance remains), we may offer a refund only for the unused portion, subject to the merchant's policy and our verification.
Merchant cancellation
If a merchant or experience is cancelled by the provider, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement voucher; we will notify you and process according to the specific event terms.
Contact support
To request a refund, contact our support team via email or the contact form with your order number, the voucher code(s), and the reason for your request. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Verification
We will verify your purchase, check that the voucher has not been redeemed, and confirm eligibility. We may ask for additional information or proof of purchase if needed.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. If that method is no longer valid, we will work with you to find an alternative, subject to verification.
